What's New in Paprlss v1.1.1

 

With the release of Paprlss version 1.1.0, the options available to you when building forms, files, and surveys have been greatly expanded. From AI-assisted form building, to dynamically repeatable fields, to reusable saved fields and subforms, the Paprlss Document Builder has become even more powerful. These are just some of the noticeable changes our users will experience with the release of v1.1.0. Read on to learn more about these exciting new features!  

 

 

 

AI-Assisted Form Building

 

Artificial Intelligence can be used to assist in building ready-to-use Forms, Files, and Surveys based on the user's needs. Prompt the AI chat with a scenario to generate accurate fields to use in your documents.

Once you are satisfied with the returned fields simply click the accept button to populate the Document Builder with the generated fields. Give your form, file, or survey a title and you're all set!

Subforms


Team administrators can now group fields into reusable subforms that can be saved and reused in the Document Builder. Each subform can have its own label and a customizable border!

Repeatable Fields


All fields and subforms* now have the option to be dynamically repeatable on all forms, files, and surveys. This allows the user to capture repeating data. Conditional logic can also be applied to repeating fields!

*Scale, File and Calculated fields are non-repeatable 

 

 

Saved Fields

 

Similar to subforms, saved fields can be created to be reused for faster form building.

Completed Document History

  

View all edit history in your completed documents by selecting from the version menu. This allows users to view field values as they were upon submission and every subsequent edit.

New field types and field features

 

  • Unique Id
    • Generate a Unique ID string that cannot be altered once it is set 
    • Useful for assigning easily searchable strings to your Completed Documents
  • Slider
    • A form field that lets users drag a selector along a horizontal line to land on a value from a range of pre-set options
  • Scale
    • Also known as Likert scales, is a rating scale great for surveys

 

  • Multi-select available for Select field type
    • Dropdown menus can be of single, multi or limited amount of selections
    • e.g. "Choose up to 3 options"
  • Non-destructive File field  
    • Adding a file field to a form allows the user to continuously upload or delete attachments as needed
  • Radio, Checkbox and Select list now allow “Other”
    • Include an “other” option at the end of a selection list with text input that allows for custom values

Survey improvements 

 

  • Word cloud now available for survey visualization  
  • Map visualizer for GPS capture in surveys
