Push Notifications

 

Push notifications are now available in Paprlss, providing real-time updates across browser and mobile devices.

  • Enable or disable notifications from the new Notifications tab in your profile
  • Customize all alerts by category:
    • Forms (creation, updates, deadlines)
    • Submissions (new or modified entries)
    • Tasks (activity updates)
    • Users (team member activity)
    • Team (organization-wide updates)

Push notifications are available to Pro accounts.

A dedicated User Guides page is now available to help you better understand and navigate Paprlss. From form building to account management, all key features and workflows are documented in one place.

  • Explore step-by-step tutorials and tips
  • Quickly find answers using the built-in search bar
  • Navigate topics easily with our structured index menu

You can access User Guides from multiple locations:

  • Left navigation menu (under Getting Started)
  • Top-right user menu
  • Next to the form builder launch button

 

API Access 

 

Paprlss now includes a RESTful API that provides secure, controlled access to core data to enable integration with external systems and services.

  • Connect forms and workflows with other applications
  • Automate processes and synchronize data across platforms
  • Manage and retrieve information across data collections:
    • Users (roles, contact details, billing settings)
    • Forms (create, update, and configure documents)
    • Completed Forms (access submission data for reporting and analysis)
    • Tasks (track assignments, statuses, and workflow activity)

You can generate your new API Access Key under Account Management
API access is only available to Pro accounts 

 

Email Triggers

 

Email Triggers are now available, allowing automated email notifications based on form field conditions. The emails and conditions are fully customizable to match your workflow and notification needs.

  • Configure triggers directly on any desired form field
  • Send email alerts when specific conditions are met
  • Support multiple triggers, different emails and recipients per form

 

Once a field condition is satisfied, upon form submission or form edit request, the email notifications are automatically sent to the configured recipients.
